  2. Even Stance High Guard & Low Guard
  3. Right & Left Stance, High & Low Guard
  4. 8-Count Drill:  Blocking & Punching
  5. 14-Count Elbows

Yellow Belt

  1. Recite the Karate Creed
  2. Side Break Fall: Right & Left
  3. Forward Roll: Right & Left
  4. 8-Count Blocking & Punching: With A Partner
  5. Jab, Reverse Punch, Backfist: Right & Left
  6. Basic Footwork: Right, Left & Back

Purple Belt

  1. Basic Nunchaku Form
  2. High Guard Blocking:  Reverse Hammer Fist, Inside Arm Block, Leg Block
  3. Low Guard Blocking:  Push Block, Outside Arm Block
  4. Footwork Set 1-6 Blocking
  5. Footwork Set 1-6 Striking
