Although our name is Gig Harbor Karate Academy, we offer much more. We offer Okinawan Karate, Chinese Kung Fu and Filipino Stick Fighting styles as well as American Kickboxing, Yoga and Pilates classes.
We believe that by teaching Isshinryu Karate, Choy Lay Fut Kung Fu, Philippine Combat Arnis we are giving our students the best martial arts education possible in Gig Harbor.
Our instructors are all fully certified and have thousands of hours of experience teaching students of all ages and levels of ability.
Gig Harbor Karate Academy is Gig Harbor's premier martial arts facility. We use only the highest quality martial arts flooring, training gear and equipment available.
Our pro-shop is the only place where you can find all the martial arts gear you need to support your training. We are the only school or retailer in the area that sells brands like Top Ten, Ringside, Shureido, and Spyderco.
