Kickboxing & Conditioning

Our style of kickboxing is called 4 Corners Kickboxing and it is the only one of its kind offered in Gig Harbor.  This style is a great stand-alone program, but it also integrates with our Weights & Weapons program & our Empty Hand Self Defense and 4 Corners Grappling systems.  Students are encouraged to participate in all programs in order to become well rounded.

Curriculum

4 Corners Kickboxing students will learn the system in stages (levels) starting with basic stances, footwork and punching and progressing into kicking & advanced combinations.

  • Every workout starts with 15-20 minutes of lunges, sit-ups, push-ups, wall sits, planks, and medicine ball training.
