Private Lessons
Learning martial arts and becoming fit is a long road and requires the development of many specialized skills. Private training can be very helpful in learning some of the more difficult technical elements and exercise progressions. One-on-one lessons are also a great way to help prepare for a belt test, get started with a new belt level or make your workouts more effective.
Private self defense, fitness or kettlebell instruction is a great way to make sure you are getting the most out of every minute you spend working out. Our instructors will show you proper technique and help you take your training to the next level.
How to Buy Lessons
Private lessons are available by appointment only and are usually 30-60 minutes in length depending on the age of the student and the type of training.
