Use The Body’s Natural Weapons
The human body is already pre-loaded with 3 natural weapons. These weapons are great tools for women to use for self defense because it requires very little training to make them effective.
Palms
The base (or heel) of the palm where the radius and ulna bones of the lower arm articulate forms a natural striking weapon. Palm striking is just as effective (and safer) than close fist punching.
Elbows
A bent elbow is a hard bony protrusion than can deliver an absolutely devastating strike to any target with very little training.
Knees
Like the elbow, a bent knee forms a hard bony surface that can be used as an effective self defense weapon. Due to the size of the muscle groups in the upper legand hips, knee strikes can be applied with tremendous force (even by beginners).
