This section of the site is dedicated to short video demonstrations of the Youth Karate curriculum from Yellow Stripe through Green Belt. These videos are meant to be an aid for at-home practice – NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR ATTENDING CLASS. All students must learn from a Sensei and then use the video for review and practice only. Study those videos for your rank only. Do not try to train yourself ahead of your own belt level.
